Orders and Payments

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or contact us.

- Netherlands and Belgium: Free shipping on all orders.
- EU (€9.95): Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal and Spain.
- EU (€12.95): Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland and Sweden.
- United Kingdom: €17.50.
- International (€20): Canada, Egypt, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and United States.
Delivery times vary by location:
- Netherlands and Belgium: 1-2 business days.
- EU (€9.95 countries): 3-6 business days.
- EU (€12.95 countries): 3-8 business days.
- United Kingdom: 3-6 business days.
- International: 3-25 business days.
- Netherlands and Belgium: Free for all orders.
- EU: €9.95 to Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal and Spain; €12.95 to Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland and Sweden.
- United Kingdom: €17.50.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Product Information
Yes, our watches are water-resistant up to 3 ATM, suitable for light splashes but not for swimming, showering or bathing.
Every Al Awaal has an alloy case with IP plating, a stainless steel bracelet, a dial with Arabic-Indic numerals and luminous hands, and a reliable quartz movement.
- Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures or chemicals.
- Clean the watch case with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store the watch in a safe, dry place when not in use.
Warranty
Yes, all Ramlah Watches come with a one-year Ramlah warranty on top of your legal rights, covering manufacturing defects. Service is available via our contact page. This does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
